I came in to have a tire fixed, they were very professional and even found out the tire was under warranty saving me money. They also took plenty of safety measures given the current situation with COVID-19. I would highly recommend this shop to any that needs service.

As usual, they were very thorough in checking out a noise my car was making. What makes their service outstanding is that, once they diagnosed the problem, they checked my service records BEFORE calling me. They discovered the part causing the issue was replaced a little less than a year before and was still under warranty. Therefore, they replaced the defective part at no charge to me. To be honest, if they had called me and told me what the problem was I would not have remembered it had been a problem before and would have never thought to ask if it was covered under warranty. They do great work and stand behind what they do, which is why I have not yet needed to replace my 17 year old car, which has more than 210k miles on it. When I do eventually get a new car I will make sure to bring it to K Auto.

Was having trouble with my Infiniti engine, and within 10 minutes the problem was found. Part was then delivered about a half hour later and put into the car. I was in and out quickly and the service was fantastic. The dealership wanted to do $1600 dollars of repairs to my car, but at K Auto Repair & Tire Center I was in and out for 200 dollars. Would highly recommend
