Would like to thank Bob for a great job his mechanics did on my 13 year old pick up truck. I knew it would need lots of work. New brakes , shocks, transmission flush, extra front end work, and new ABS sensor. Could not believe it was the same truck. It handled like a new vehicle. Well worth the cost of taking it there. Maybe I'll keep it for another 10 years. Thanks again Bob !!!!!!

After hearing from a Toyota Dealer on my 2009 Toyota Carolla that my right front ball joint had gone bad as well as contradicting information from 2 different auto mechanics I spoke with Bob who happily inspected my vehicle to later find out nothing was wrong but that I needed new brakes. The brake job was wonderful and I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles/friends/family to Tanela Auto in the near future. Bob and everyone at Tanela Auto Repair are amazing, honest, and extremely genuine individuals. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and exceptional work on my vehicle. My entire family goes to Tanela and I have recommended him to everyone that I know. I am a car enthusiast and very serious about maintaining my vehicles. I had been going to the same repair facility for years which unfortunately is no longer available. For a while now I have felt like a Nomad wandering and looking for the right, honest, fair & customer oriented repair facility. I now truly believe I have found that establishment. Late on a Friday I discovered my daughter's car leaking coolant. I had been looking over reviews of repair facilities for quite some time and Tanela Auto & Truck Repair really stood out. I called and spoke with Bob and immediately from the conversation I had the right feeling. My daughter really needed her car. Bob enthusiastically said he would look at the car on Saturday morning and would do his best to have the car done on the same day if he could. Immediately I was treated with complete respect. Bob was not just interested in the car he was also interested in me the customer. Bob informed me of the car's problem and I was so impressed by the way he thoroughly showed me the problem and detailed the costs and options. He never tried to force any extras or pressure me whatsoever. Work was done excellently in a timely manner and on a Saturday. Bob is a stand up guy who takes an interest in his customers. Bob personally called me on Monday morning just to check in and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction! Also received a follow up thank you letter as a first time customer showing his appreciation for my business. Never had a repair facility or any business given such personal attention. The mechanics at Tanela did an excellent job on repairing my O2 sensor on my Toyota! Diagnosis was way cheaper than Midas! Bob also sent me a few 20$ off gift cards towards any future work as a thank you. He went a step further and personally called a week later just to check in and make sure that everything was running smooth! The attention to details and customer service are top notch here, I will definitely be back.

Was looking for a place by the house and found this place. Great service sent me movie tickets the first time and drove me home since I did not have a ride back. Car runs good no complaints, nice to have a place to go and not worry about it.

No better repair shop around. They always fix whatever problem I have the first time around. I have never had to bring my car back for the same problem. Tanela is extremely honest and will never try and get you to buy parts you don't really need, unlike all the dealerships or Jiffy Lube. The owner, Bob, is straight to the point and extremely honest with you. I trust all the mechanics with my cars and never have to worry when I drop it off.

I dropped my car off today to get fixed and I don't know anything about cars. They were friendly and explained what they were going to fix and look at in a way I understood. I completely trust these guys to work on my car. (and it's hard for me to trust anyone)

Great fast. Service. Also checked the car for any faults, not many repair shop do this anymore. Counter help is knowledgable. Will be back with other car.
