1)Great coupons and gift cards in the mail! I receive a 25 dollar gift card and used it toward an oil change!!!The oil change old costed 10 bucks! 2) wonderful customer service! The owner "Bob" is very nice. 3)Main lobby where you wait has recently been remodeled. The waiting area consisted of internet access, flat screen t.v, and a mini fridge with bottled water, juice etc free of charge! 4) If you need to be there awhile, your near village tavern which is a high rated family restaurant within walking distance! Also 5oaks car wash is next store. 5) if you have kids, there is a bucket of candy on the desk 6) When you get the receipt, often times they will give you a little thank-you gift..such as a mini flashlight/keychain etc... The oil change needs to be made by appointment yet much cheaper than most places in the area. And once your on the mail list there is always coupons/discounts to apply to various services. The staff are down to earth, get to the target of the problem of your car and are not pushy!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service at Tanela. This was my 1st experience with them, they were professional and the pricing was competitive. I really liked that they are open until 7PM so I could drop off and pick up my car when it was convenient for me. Bob even called me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I WILL be back!!!

We were in town from out of state and had mechanical problems with our RV. We called Tanela on Saturday morning and were told RV would not fit in garage. Bob called back 15 minutes later and said he'd give it a try. We were so happy with the service. They provided a loaner, kept us updated and got the work done in time to make the Cubs' game! Trustworthy, effective, reasonable. Bob even called on Monday morning to make sure we got home without further trouble. Highly recommend.....local or otherwise! Thank you Bob and team for saving us from what could have been a very rough weekend!

I met Bob several years ago when he owned a local service station in the Elk Grove Village/Schaumburg area. I was immediately impressed with Bob's professional integrity and the quality of his repair services. I have stayed with Bob over the years for all non-dealership repairs for all of my family vehicles and have never been disappointed with the quality of his repair and vehicle maintenance work. Bob never pushes a repair or service that doesn't need to be completed. Bob is always willing to provide a loan vehicle for repairs that can't be completed in a short period of time.
