I like that repair recommendations are prioritized according to safety implications/impacts, and cost. Unnecessary work or work that can be deferred until when necessary is great for planning repairs and conserving cash until when it is necessary that it be spent. I like Tanela auto because they are dependable. Each time I’ve had issues with my car they get me in right away. They work hard to make sure my car is running great before they give it back. I feel like their prices are fair and they don’t try to take as much from me as they can. Bob is a really nice guy and has always provided excellent customer service. His mechanic is very nice as well and easy to deal with. My husband, my father in law and my sister in law have all used Bobs auto. I try to recommend his shop when ever I can.

FAIR PRICE! Extremely pleased with this repair shop. Fair prices, great service. Been looking for a neighborhood auto repair that I can trust and hit the mark on this one. Bob is available for any questions, explains in detail and is very easy to work with. We’ve taken two different vehicles (2008 Honda Accord, 1999 Nissan Maxima) to Tanela over the last year and both were fixed right the first time for a fair price.
